Sielk's Adventure Notes
| Not really much to report. I have been busy studing a lot between storms
and only gotten out of the library for short amounts of time. Some of the
highlights include one very long (around 6 hours OOC) trip to the valley.
This was the first time in many years that I made 2 full ranks outside the
library. I also managed to make it on two KI hunts and got off the island
both times. This was the first time I had made it off the island without a
depart, then a week later I got to do it again. I finished my training on Loomva and moved over to Fell Blade training. I only managed to get 5 ranks of Fell Blade before I got boarded and desided to switch over to Hista training. Several times in the valley I have been fallen to a Cave Cobra on 1-hit. I managed to reach a good level of Hista training and then switched over to Detha training. While traing to pass the 5th circle test I found I could hit the Banshee about 70% of the time, but it was hitting me almost ever attack it made. I took the test 2 times during the storm. Both times I of course failed, but it seems my Detha training is paying off. the last test I was able to keep my balance up and avoid being hit by the Banshee unless I swung twice. I will get a few more Detha then switch to Atakus or Darkus training so I can actually kill the Banshee. I am sure most fighters have already heard but there is a new collector in the Fighter Guild. He is collecting for a Fighter Pub. It is a great thing that Fighters will finially have their own place to drink and work off the stress of killing all those critters. Please donate as you can. In order to speed up the process I am buying wood and stone from anyone that will sell it. I will pay above the going rates for either material. I am also working on a complete redo of my Hunter Challenge Scrolls. I have had some discussions with people and the name was confusing to people and I have new data to add to the hints sections. I hope to have these new scrolls up "soon". |
