Otepei Joins the SDC

I was not in attendance but I heard the great news that the SDC has a new member. Otepei has joined our ranks! The gods must of been in favor of him joining as he was glowing during the ceremony. He is a 4th circle healer and is currenlty training with Lorikeet to help out the SDC with specializing in Horus.
