I was hunting up in the NWF with Sten when we he got the call from Gurgi
to help out on a Valley rescue. We decided to join up and made a quick
run down to the valley.
We came into the first cave with not too much problems and setup for the
first area in the open and did not meet much resistance. We cleared the
snell quickly and setup to enter the next snell. We entred and found the
problem that the group we were rescuing ran into. There were atleast 8
Cave Cobras and a Angry Mother in the snell. Gurgi setup and started
luring them into the snell. While luring Wedilen ran into the area and
grabbed a bunch of the fallens on his chain.
Wedilen was busy healing so I figured I would do a run to grab more
fallens. I was told that Stormraven was two snells to the east of us. A
long run but I did not run into any Cave Cobras so I had no problems
outrunning the other critters. I found Stormraven and quickly got him on
my chain as a Cave Cobra found me.
After I got Stormraven back to safety and I got healed up a little from the
Cave Cobra that popped up and started bitting me. I ran back to find more
fallens. I was told that Gandor was fallen in the same snell as
Stormraven was found.
We got almost everyone up and Topaz got the few fallens that could not be
raised on a chain and we headed out. Along the way we cleared a few
snells with no much of a problem. We entred the final cave and found a
ton of Stinging Beatles. Our forces did not have too many problems and
we cleared the cave and moved on out a sucessful rescue.
